FERM FIX SILICONIZED SEALANT

FERMFIX SILICONIZED ACRYLIC SEALANT is a one-component, elastic and acrylic-based product and is reinforced with silicone, which makes it have good elasticity and good resistance to moisture.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

  • 15 months after production date if stored at room temperature.
  • Store at temperature between +5ºC and +35ºC in dry place.

  • Used for indoor and outdoor applications.
  • Installation of PVC, aluminium and wooden panel.
  • Joints between door /window frames and the wall, staircase and the wall. 
  • Joints at washbasin, bathtub, closets, tiles and ceramic. 
  • For cracks in walls, wood, plaster, aluminium brick and concrete.
  • Can be used for all applications except aquariums.

Usage nstruction

  1. Application temperature must be between +5 °C to +40 °C.
  2. Make sure the surface to be applied is dry and clean, free of dust and grease.
  3. Stick both sides of surface with tapes.
  4. Cut the cartridge/sausage tip and place it in the gun.
  5. Cut the cannula tip and insert into the cartridge.
  6. Apply the sealant.
  7. Smooth mastic with water after application and remove tapes.
  8. Protect against water for 24 hours after application.
  9. Joint width and depth ratio should be about 2:1.
