TURK STAR PU Foam

TURK STAR  GENERAL PURPOSE PU FOAM  is a one-component, economical type and good performance Polyurethane foam. This product is fire resistant and has its own extinguishing propertiesIt is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam application gun or a straw. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical.

  • Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as uPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
  • Good filling capacities;
  • Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation
  • Resistance against fire;

STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE

  • 12 months after product in unopened packing store in temperature between +5℃ to +25℃, Keep in cool, shade and well-ventilated area.
  • Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.

  • Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities.

Direction:
Shake the cylinder for at least 40 seconds. Clean the desired surface and moisten with water spray. Put the gun or straw on the adapter, open the adapter cap and screw the spray can to the gun. Fill the cavity approximately 50% with foam, as the foam becomes bulky. Invert the can while consuming. The foam settles and hardens in ten minutes. Excess material can be cut after 20 minutes.

* Fresh foam can be removed with cleaner foam, but dried foam can only be removed mechanically
